Its room was generous-sized and nice modern, could use a kitchen and WiFi at any time. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, had a perfect stay on a business trip.

We really enjoyed the stay here, really great experience. The owner was always available. Location was excellent and peaceful, near to the center of town and several good restaurants right around the corner and excellent restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. Plus it was located very close to all tourist attractions.

We got great value for our money at Cuenca Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and surrounded by good restaurants. The staff, especially Simon and Rebecca, were attentive and welcoming.

The breakfast could have been improved with the addition of a small microwave for quickly reheating food.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is mind-blowing - right in the heart of the historical center, but in a super quiet area. There are tons of jaw-dropping cafes and restaurants nearby, and everything is within a short walking distance. The hosts are beyond friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The accommodations are incredibly comfortable, with a sofa and a kitchen that includes all the cookware and kitchen utensils you could possibly need. The rooms are spotless, with a modern and sparkling clean bathroom. The wi-fi is excellent, and there's even a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Plus, the price is unbeatable for the spacious room and all the amenities it offers. this centrally located hotel with its helpful and gracious hosts is a must-stay for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in the city.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and living area were especially great, and the cable TV kept our little one entertained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the center and the popular Calle Larga. Plus, the hosts were accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

The wifi in the bedrooms wasn't working properly, although it was strong in the living area. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

My husband and I stayed at Cuenca Suites for a couple of days while vacationing. What a pleasant experience! ! Easy, secure and effective. The hotel is close to the airport and the bus terminal and has the perfect location in town. It is within what is considered downtown. You can walk to the Central Park and cathedral in a matter of minutes but also be a couple of blocks away from all the noise and traffic. There's tons of restaurants and bars around but it's not loud at all and private. The facilities are BRAND NEW. Everything is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. There's a kitchen area with a fridge and plenty of space to move around. The bathrooms are very comfortable and spotless! . Our suite was for 2 people and it was big! The bed was really comfy. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owners are so friendly and extremely helpful and accomodating. We had a rental car with us to go on further trips and the on-site parking was great! I recommend Cuenca suites to anyone. Whether you're staying only a couple of days or an entire month. The prices are very reasonable and truly, you have everything you need in the vicinity.
